MEET THE FOUNDER
YMORAH BLAKENEY
Hi, I’m Ymorah Blakeney, an entrepreneur, speaker, and career development strategist. My journey in entrepreneurship and career development began with my non-profit, Black Girls Talk, which focused on empowering young Black women to explore career paths. My passion for mentorship, branding, and networking led me to launch The Up & Coming, where I continue to support the next generation in reaching their full potential.
